COACHING, CLASSES,

CONSULTATION

"Because suffering is impermanent, that is why we can transform it.

Because happiness is impermanent, that is why we have to nourish it."

Thich Nhat Hanh

I care. I care deeply about you and this world.

Here I offer you a safe space to relax and tune in to what's really going on. You will learn to recognize the roots of your unhappiness and release those negative patterns. You will also learn to settle into more ease and peace.

As a life coach and therapist, I can help uncover underlying causes of your depression, anxiety, or other dis-ease.

As an instructor of mindfulness meditation and restorative yoga, I can teach you lifelong tools for stress reduction, wise decision-making, and everyday living.
